At Thrive in Joy, we encourage young people to discover their character strengths and the joy of service through programs inspired by the life of Nick Fagnano.

We offer our C11 strength of character program to Los Angeles high schools with a focus on serving students from low-income communities. We also take volunteer teams to the Dominican Republic twice a year to partner with young adults in the community to improve the quality of life for vulnerable children and their families.

Our programs allow young people to discover their character strengths and to put them into action through entrepreneurial social impact projects that address issues students care about in their communities.
